By downloading, installing, or using the Hades mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hades ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App.
Hades is a digital wellness application designed to help users reduce social media and app usage through:
The App uses Apple's Shortcuts automation to trigger interventions. You are responsible for setting up these shortcuts as instructed within the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To use the App, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:
Hades offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Current subscription options include monthly and yearly plans.
We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.
All refund requests must be directed to Apple, as they handle all payment processing. We cannot process refunds directly.

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
